Marketing Maven + Client Care Coordinator

The A Team over at AmberMcCue.com is looking for a marketing maven with a focus on landing pages, launch support, client & new client customer service, and social media scheduling.

Amber McCue and company consults with modern CEOs, freedom-seeking entrepreneurs, and business owners to help them achieve business excellence in a variety of ways: our online mastermind and implementation incubator – Freshly Implemented, Accelerate for established business owners, and the How to Clone Yourself collection of products and services. We also host The Planathon™ each year that welcomes more than 21,000 entrepreneurs to plan for success in the year ahead.

Most notably, our company invites business owners to step into a leadership role and do business with as much ease as possible. Or, as we like to say, right on time. 

We have marketing goals and plans and strategies to implement and we need a lead coordinator to make sure our everything gets implemented so we can better serve and expand our community. 

What do we need our Marketing Maven to do? 

:: Organize and schedule social media posts and images across all platforms

:: Engage with our audience and connect with an extended network on social media 

:: Planathon™ group engagement (gets busy during our annual planning event of the year!)

:: Landing page design (leadpages preferred or divi) and set up using our new pages or building from our proven templates

:: Complete specific client care activities (our weekly scorecard process, updating client calendars, sending client gifts, loading content for clients in our online client space, non-urgent client management activities)

:: Replying to client inquiries and new client inquiries in email (helpscout)

:: Replying to and managing podcast guest inquiries and invites to the Modern CEO podcast

:: Update wordpress blog posts – basic wordpress formatting using Divi builder

:: Coordinate podcast process with each podcast episode or minisode (work with podcast team)

:: Ability to capture our brand voice and values in writing that is needed for social media engagement and email follow up

You Shine Bright!

The Marketing Maven will shine in this role if she: 

:: Consistently updates and distributes content via social media 

:: Loves up our community by replying to all inquiries on social media and in customer service within 24 hours – to be clear, that’s business hours. We like our weekends on The A Team. 😀

:: Be able to commit to a schedule (that you set and we agree on) and meet with us in one marketing meeting each week

:: Knows the importance of launch mode and is able to adapt and reply quickly when landing pages are needed, need to be changed, and things are needed on the fly (in addition to our core plan)

:: Ready to hit the ground running as we prep for our annual Fall Planathon (quick start, okay with quick turn around timelines)

:: Community growth and consistent engagement
